Which Colleges Have high acceptance rates in Ireland/Sweden?
I am an international student and want to go to Ireland/Sweden for graduation. I want to know which colleges would accept me easily? Probably I'll have high SAT score too. Thanks for your answers. I need them intensely.

google search Ireland universities, and Sweden universities as well. Sometimes those universities don't require SAT scores and stuff, and require a different type of test.

Are there any American students out there who are studying in Sweden?
Are there any American students out there who are studying in Sweden?
I am going to apply for a masters program in Sweden. What do I need to do to get "official, certified" copies of my undergraduate and graduate diplomas to Studera.nu? Can I get Xeroxed copies signed by a notary public, or must I do something more official? Thanks!

I studied in the US and then went back to Sweden to study. I made copies myself and then had someone from the college I went to sign and stamp it, and that was accepted in Sweden It is also okay if you have it signed by a notary public, but a college/university official is probably the most efficient. If it is signed by a notary public, in Sweden we usually require that they sign it, then clearly write the name, adress and phone number. Or if they have a stamp that works too. Make sure all your paperwork are sent in on time! Swedish admission official are tough on on late applicants and will usually decline them. E-mail me if you have more questions. Best of luck!!

I am a high school student right know Im in the 10th grade, I want to go to College in Sweden Stockholm University. Does an American dimploma quailfy for a Swedish college? Also im planning on going on my own. what is the proccess like to get a perminet residence, and getting a job?

I'm a student from Uppsala University, who is leaving the country in 10 days, I desperately need to send some of my stuff to Russia with Posten, their web-page, however, is not helpful at all! Bottom line, if anyone has ever sent a personal parcel from Sweden by Posten, please, please,share your experience. HELP! I would greatly appreciate a piece of advice. Thanks in advance PS Unfortunately, I don't speak Swedish.

If what you're sending weighs less than 2 kgs, send it as a letter (brev), it's cheaper. If it weighs 3-20 kgs, send it as a parcel (postpaket). If you don't have any suitable packaging, any sub-post office (Postombud, usually at supermarkets) sell a blue cardboard box to send the stuff in, which could also give you cheaper postage, particularly for parcels weighing from 10-20 kgs. The box itself costs 31,- but it may be well worth your while. I usually go to one of the Business centers (Posten Företagscenter) even for private parcels, because their staff know more than the sub-post office staff about any customs rules or regulations that may apply for foreign (non-EU) parcels. They serve private customers, too, and should be able to advise you properly in English. In Uppsala, you'll find them at Kungsgatan 66, Skolgatan 8 and Rapsgatan 8.
