Which college/ universities are the cheapest in sweden?
I am planning to go to study in Sweden. I am wondering which colleges are the cheapest. And also which cities are the cheapest? Also , Can a non swedish student allowed to work ? Thank you for your help

There are no colleges. All Universities are free. You only have to pay for books, food and apartment. If you want a good university, it wont be in a cheap city. The most attractive ones are Lunds University, Uppsala University and KTH. If you want a cheap one, you're going to have to look around a little. The prices change every year, so i cant say anything for certain. I do believe non-swedish students are allowed to work, but it won't be easy getting one. Also, you might need a special permission.
