Go for it. I am 17 and live in New Zealand, next year I hope to go on a exchange to Italy or Spain. Feel free to email me or msn me at goldenprincess89@hotmail.com. Swedish is a moderate language to learn and if you work at it you should do well. Living with a host family means that you will learn fast. I hear that living in a country is like a few years worth of lessons at home. The exchange experience should be very rewarding. Having a family and friends in Sweden would be special! You would also learn alot about yourself. You can always go on holiday but when you go on an exchange you get to see the things that tourists miss! Best regards!

I'm going to Malmo University (in Southern Sweden) next semester which begins in January. I'm not sure about Christains organisations as i'm not religious.. I've got a few Swedish friends the language is fill with massive words that are almost impossible to read. However there is never a better chance then to learn/practice the language where it is most common spoken..... This will be my first experience on exchange, however I have lived aboard before and its definatly not something you'll forget.
